Siegfried Fechner
Founder
Siegfried Fechner founded his own workshop in 1980, laying the foundation for today’s Fechner GmbH. What began with initial steel projects soon evolved into a specialization in cruise ship and high-end interior construction, where he built an outstanding reputation.
To this day, he contributes his decades of experience to complex projects and remains a valued mentor and source of expertise within the company.
Birgit Fechner
Managing Director
With a commercial background and strategic vision, Birgit Fechner took over the management of the company.
She modernized its structures, identified new market opportunities early on, and successfully positioned Fechner in the yacht and high-end interior sectors.
Today, she leads the company, makes key strategic decisions, and continues to strengthen Fechner’s position in the high-end segment.
Jacob Fechner
Surface Specialist & Sales Manager
Jacob Fechner began his career in sales, where he established long-standing partnerships that remain to this day. Over time, he shifted his focus increasingly toward production and developed a passion for complex projects and exclusive surfaces.
Today, he leads the sales division and is responsible for surface finishing – including the company’s own lacquering workshop, opened in 2024, which sets new standards in metal refinement.
