1980
Founded by Siegfried Fechner
Siegfried Fechner started his own business in 1980. What began with basic steel work and his first clients quickly developed further: He was soon supplying renowned clients with custom-made fitness equipment and later established a reputation in cruise ship interior design. He continues to support the company today – whether through active collaboration or by contributing his decades of experience to particularly demanding projects.
1984
Birgit Fechner joins
Birgit Fechner initially took over the office work for her father Siegfried as the company steadily grew. With her commercial background, she succeeded in modernizing the organization and strategically developing the business. She recognized new market opportunities early on and played a key role in the company's successful specialization in yacht interiors since 2013. Today, Birgit manages the operational business, continuously expanding it, and making strategic decisions in close collaboration with her son, Jacob.
2021
Jacob Fechner joins
Jacob Fechner initially started in sales, forging important partnerships that continue to shape the company today. Over time, however, he discovered his passion for craftsmanship itself—especially for complex work and sophisticated finishes. Today, he is actively involved in most projects: from the manufacturing and painting of individual components to close collaboration with customers and partner companies. His pursuit of perfection and his ambition to make the seemingly impossible possible ultimately led to the construction of his own paint booth in April 2024.
