Brass reveals its true elegance only when appearance and craftsmanship are flawless: consistent color without spotting, precise edges, and perfectly aligned joints. At Fechner, our team combines traditional expertise with modern manufacturing – from V-cut techniques for sharp edge profiles to protective finishes such as patination, 2K lacquer, or wax. The result: brass details that deliver lasting durability while making a strong visual statement.

Finishes & Surface Treatments
The surface defines the impression of brass – color tone, gloss level, and tactile feel must be perfectly balanced. With our finishing techniques, we ensure color consistency, long-term protection, and the desired aesthetic impact:
Bronzing
Available in all shades from light gold to deep bronze; uniform, color-stable, and precisely matched to the overall interior.
Coating
2K acrylic or Zapon lacquer protects against oxidation and fingerprints, fixing both color tone and gloss level – from satin matte to high gloss.
Sample Production
For confident decision-making, we produce project-specific samples of color variations, gloss levels, and tactile finishes. This allows architects, designers, and clients to assess and refine surfaces in advance with precision.
